About the position

Perido is looking for a Logistics Specialist on behalf of our client, an industrial enterprise driving large-scale initiatives within green energy and manufacturing. The position is located in Boden and involves key responsibility for all transport and logistics matters connected to their construction stream. Your daily tasks

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be the focal point for the supply chain, ensuring seamless and efficient transport of goods from the warehouse to handover with contractors.

Main responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for all transport and logistics related matters for the movement of goods for a specified construction stream
• Responsible for a variety of shipments from the warehouse and handover to contractors
• Work in close cooperation with the appointed transport company to monitor, track, and ensure on-time delivery of shipments
• Assess carrier performance with respect to set KPIs
• Prepare and organize a daily transportation schedule to site
• Follow up on deviations, logistics costs, and reporting

Your characteristics

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who excels in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. You are a structured problem-solver motivated by optimizing flows and securing high delivery precision. With your collaborative mindset, you build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors on site.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, transport management, or project management

· Strong knowledge of international logistics operations and distribution systems, including routing, scheduling, and tracking

· Knowledge of transportation of Out Of Gauge Heavy Haulage Transports

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and logistics platforms/ERP systems

· Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2027-06-30. Start 2026-11-09.
